Canons of Dort

I know I probably say this about everything I post, other wise I would probably refrain from posting it, but this really is worth the read. If you have ever wondered where the fundamental points of TULIP were concluded, well, it was there. From 1618-1619 the Synod of Dort which met in the city of Dordrecht, composed of Dutch delegates as well as twenty-six delegates from other foreign countries, composed a response to Jacob Arminius’ response to the views of Calvin. Though I do not clam this to be inerrant, as I would scripture; many essential doctrinal statements were made here. It is lengthy, but well worth the read.
